Our standard warranty period is 2 years. If you want to make a claim under warranty, you can contact us via our warranty form.

In the warranty form we ask you to share as much information as possible about the warranty application, supported by photos and videos. This makes it easier for us to process and discuss your warranty request with the manufacturer.

After receiving a warranty request, we will respond within 5 working days.

 Complaints

We do our utmost to deliver quality products that meet the needs of the customer. If there is a complaint about the product or the service, you can register a complaint via the Contact form. EV Plug Europe BV strives to to resolve a complaint within 2 weeks.

Disputes Committee

If the complaint does not lead to the desired solution, it is possible to register a dispute for mediation via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If a complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via the European Union platform.
