Returns and Exchanges

If your purchase is not to your liking, you can return the item. For this you have 30 days after receipt of your order to indicate that you wish to return an item. After this you have another 7 days to return the product.

It is important that the product you wish to return is complete and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of damaged and used items.

When you register your return, you must request this via our portal. When a product is returned, the costs are for the customer. If you would rather exchange the item for another, we will bear the return costs.

Return procedure:

1. Register your return on our Return Portal

2. You can download the shipping label via the Returns portal

3. After receipt, EV Plug will process the return, which takes a maximum of 5 working days

4. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the customer. This is done with the same payment method as the purchase. It can take 1 to 2 business days for the amount to be deposited.

During the return process you will be informed by email at every step.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to EV Plug Europe with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via the Return Portal. We will then return the due order amount within 14 days after your return returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
